This post is about the textile artist, India Flint, who makes the most amazing prints out of plants and natural dyes and materials.

I am in love with her creative process- she is a master in creating prints by making "parcels" of textile tied tightly with leaves and other kind of recycled material and then boiling or exposing them to steam- and the fascinating results she obtained.
I wish i was patient enough to try it:)
Estoy enamorada con su proceso creativo- es una experta en crear impresiones haciendo "paquetes" de telas enrolladas con material natural (hojas, etc) y otro material de reciclaje, y haciéndolos hervir o poniendolos al vapor- y con los fascinantes resultados que obtiene.
Me gustaría ser tan paciente como ella para intentarlo:)
I purchased her book recently, and just had enough time to have a quick look at it. It contains loads of useful information if you want to make your own natural dyes. A beautiful book indeed. Even if you just have it on your shelf and you never "use" it, it is worth buying it:)
Hace poco compré su libro, y solo tuve tiempo de hojearlo rápidamente. Contiene un montón de información útil para poder teñir telas con tintes naturales. Un libro precioso. Aunque solo lo tengas en tu biblioteca y no "hagas" nada con ello vale la pena tenerlo:)
