En Juilo, me fui a dar un taller a estupendas mujeres en Barcelona, pero no encontré el tiempo de acabar mi álbum hasta hace dos días. Hoy por fin, os lo enseño enterito!
Last July, I went to Barcelona to teach a workshop to a bunch of amazing ladies, and it was not before recently that I finally managed to complete my project!
Es un álbum dedicado a los 3 días que Damien y yo pasamos SOLOS en Lyon en Junio. La única vez que nos fuimos los dos sin Tristan (quien de hecho se quedó en casa de la abuela. No sé quién de los dos estaba más contento!)
La estructura y páginas interiores son hojas de papel pintadas con acrílicos, washi tapes, algunas chapas méli-mélo, marcos de diapositivas, decoraciones en shrink plastic y un poco de estampación
This album holds the memories of our weekend in Lyon, just the two of us, for the very first time since Tristan is born.
The pages are painted with acrylic paints, and decorated with washi tapes, flair buttons, old slide frames and shrink plastic pieces, and a bit of stamping
Hay dos páginas escondidas en bolsillos grandes (las que se ven salir), con fotos y el menú de un restaurante gastronómico al que nos invitaron mis padres. Espectacular!
Los colores no se ven muy bien por desgracia, pero me gusta mucho cómo me ha quedado, a pesar de no haber incluida ninguna foto de Damien o de los dos! Es el problema de tener un fotógrafo particular: ni lo hemos pensado:(

The pages you see peeking outside are two pages hidden in a big pocket. They hold pictures and the menu of the really nice restaurant we have been invited to by my parents. Amazing!
Unfortunately, the colours are not true to the real ones, but I like this album very much. Even if I couldn't include a picture of Damien or the two of us together...that's the problem when you have a personal photographer...we didn't even think of it:(
